Case Studies

Scenarios contain a lot of useful background information on datasets, issues and possible solutions. The scenario refinement work attempts to remove barriers to development by stating requirements clearly and succinctly. This leaves a gap for the more narrative information contained within the current scenarios. One way around this is create/migrate existing scenarios into case studies - perhaps one per top-level scenario type (eg. Migrate A to B, Assure C conforms to Profile P, etc.)?
