Work Package Status Pages

Monthly overview of each work package's status.

Updates

Each WP lead should fill in the sections for their WP and set a RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status - please only use one status flag per month.

The idea is that this should be lightweight - updates should be kept minimal but provide enough detail as to be meaningful.

Ideally, descriptions about issues, blockages and concerns should also provide top-level details about any attempts at resolving the problems (e.g. "in contact with workflow owner").

Feel free to update throughout the month as you see appropriate.

RAG Status Meanings

Green - All is well

Amber - Some concerns; advice potentially needed

Red - Major concerns; work has stopped!
