The list above should give you a starting point, but note that this is not an exhaustive list - think about stakeholders at your institution

Stakeholder	Interest/stake
Chief Financial Officer	Will determine the allocation of a budget for the Museum.
Head of Education and Communities	Will work with the Museum on any education programmes that we will try to implement.
Funding Bodies	For example, Heritage Lottery Funding and Museums Galleries Scotland. Will provide financial support to preserving and developing our digital collection and also ensuring the access, authenticity and integrity of materials. Could possibly provide money for digital preservation training for staff.
Libraries Manager	They will have approve any tools or specific programmes and our methods of digital preservation. Could provide a source of additional funding.
Users	They will play an active part in using our digital collection. They will play a role in depositing collections to our museum.
Museum Curator	Controls how the budget will be spent in relation to preserving our digital collections. Will have to preserve, manage, use and ensure access to the digital collection, along with the Archivist.
Assistant Curators	Will work with the collections and be involved in some sort of management of the digital collection.
Archivist	Will have to preserve, manage and use the digital collection, along with the Museum Curator.
IT	Will be responsible for ensuring our data is backed up.
Researchers	Will be accessing our collection on a regular basis
Schools	Will be using our collection within our education and outreach activities.
