Director of Collection Care	The ability to manage and preserve all collection items, regardless of their format.
Director of Information Systems	A sustainable digital preservation solution will ensure efficient management of digital assets across Tate. However, it also requires resources and expertise within the IT department.
Records Manager	The ability to manage and preserve all gallery records, regardless of their format.
External funding bodies	Return on investment and delivery of project objectives.
Public - researchers	Able to access collections and metadata easily and in a variety of ways, to enable re-use and analysis.
Public – general users	Easy access to the collection and information about the collection.
Donors (artists)	Confidence that works transferred to Tate will be looked after and will be displayed according to artist wishes.
Trustees, Senior Managers	Reputation of Tate, delivery of core mission, international standing.
