User Experiences

ANJ: I tried v 0.3.1 and found a couple of bugs which I reported on github (https://github.com/benosteen/checkm/issues). Not ready for production use (not-recommended)
ANJ: A new 0.4 release has been made, and the bugs I mentioned have been addressed. Would be good to re-test.
