Component Plugin for Taverna Workbench and Taverna Server with component support in testing
- Waiting for testing of other key features (not for SCAPE) in this version before release
SPARQL querying for components on myExperiment sandbox server
Collaboration on base profile for components with WF4ever and BioVeL projects is progressing
- Validation system depends on this
Work ongoing on defining better API for Component Repository (to add to myExperiment) and which will act as better foundation for a component repository UI

WP8 - PT.WP.5 Repository Integration All good!

Working on CP059 and CP060 with workpackage partners. Made the document final on Sharepoint.
Evaluate Fedora 4 to implement Connector API
Organizing the PT.WP.5 workshop in Vienna end of June

Issues, Blockages and Concerns

due to scalability reasons FIZ supports the Fedora 4 development and will put ressources in this project. SCAPE on the other hand offers testbeds for Fedora 4 development. Due to this change the implementation of the Connector API with Fedora 4 will be slightly delayed, but FIZ puts more ressources to keep up with the SCAPE project plan.

WP9 - PC.WP.1 Characterisation Components Be aware!

Delivered the D9.2 report on time
Included the MS46 milestone in the D9.2 report

Issues, Blockages and Concerns

MSR has had to postpone work on SAZ as they have to migrate to a new Azure release.
Effort expenditure is rather skewed. This will be discussed in the upcoming PC meeting in Paris.

WP10 - PC.WP.2 Action Services Components All good!

Progress

Working on a Prototype for migration of research datasets. Will be a workflow demonstrating the use of the Raw2Nexus migration tool
Working on the preservation of context and linking in research data sets. Details will be written in a report.
Integration of SCAPE components with SAZ components delayed because MSR is transferring their services to a new MSR platform
Working on a ARC to WARC migration tool

WP12 - PW.WP.1 Automated Watch

Published Scout 0.2.0, which closes milestone MS57: First prototype of the watch component delivered including adaptors for repositories and web content.

This adds:

Report API base implementation with 3 events: ingest started, ingest ended, preservation action executed
Scout Report API adaptor that created the following aggregations: ingest avg. time and per each quality assurance output port of a preservation action workflow it gives a min, max and avg aggregation, if output is numeric, or an histogram, if the output is not numeric
Browser shots base implementation
C3PO adaptor for browser shots output and update of Scout C3PO adaptor for new browser shots property profiles, which new aggregation of number of dissimilarities of a web page (between several snapshots taken with different browsers)

Need to define what are the needed properties in Scout about repository events and browser shots output. This will be discussed on the next PW SP meeting in Vienna.
